摘要
Pyroelectric IRFPA (infrared focal plane array) imaging system and its basic signal processing such as nonuniformity correction and signal difference were discussed. By the experiments with SSPA (self scanning photoelectric-diode array) to simulate the pyroelectric IRFPA imaging system, the satisfied image was obtained. It lays foundations for the further development of pyroelectric IRFPA imaging system.
