摘要
A deep of 1500 m underwater curing with high elasticity and high bonding ability sealant was fabricated using elastic epoxy resin and water-repelling curing agent. The property of sealant was investigated by universal material tester, SEM and DSC. The results indicate that when the addition of curing agent changes from 50 phr to 100 phr, the strain increases from 98.30% to 163.20%, the tensile strength and lap-shear strength reduce from 5.80 MPa to 1.35 MPa a nd 7.31 MPa to2.53 MPa, respectively. With the curing pressure increases, the adhesive property increases first and then tends to be stable. The DSC results show that when the addition of curing agent changes from 50 phr to 100 phr, the Tg reduces from 112.24℃ to -5.51℃. The simulation experiment shows that the system has good performance of splicing flexible riser. © 2016, Editorial Board of Polymer Materials Science & Engineering. All right reserved.
