Design and analysis of dynamic characteristics of the optical satellite vibration fixture

As the power transmission components of the vibration test of the satellite, the stand or fall of fixture performance directly affect the authenticity and reliability of the vibration test. The general design method of satellite vibration fixture was summarized, and a vibration fixture design work for a certain satellite was done very well. The dynamic characteristics of vibration fixture, such as the stiffness, quality and the natural frequency and dynamic response, were studied by using the finite element software MSC. NASTRAN. The analysis results shows that mean deviation of the dynamic characteristic response is about 6%, the maximum response deviation is about 11%. It is a reasonable range that the vibration fixture impact on the entire satellite dynamic characteristics. Now the vibration fixture has been successfully applied to the ground mechanics environmental test of a certain satellite which according to the mechanics experiment environment standard of GJB1032-90, and the expected results has been achieved.
