摘要
The characteristics of piezoelectric component driven by electromechanical and magnetic resonance coupling based energy transfer method have been investigated. The energy transfer system comprises of transmitting coil and receiving coil placed away from each other along their central axis. The piezoelectric component is connected to the receiving coil. It has been observed that the energy received by the piezoelectric component depends on the operating frequency, coil design and distance between the coils. From the experiment, it is found that a mechanical resonance vibration is excited in the driven piezoelectric component through strongly coupled magnetic resonance between the coils as well as due to the mechanical resonance of the piezoelectric component. The voltage across the piezoelectric component reaches maximum at its operating resonant frequency. The experimental analysis will provide future guidelines for designing an efficient wireless system to drive micro-nano piezoelectric devices for various potential applications.
