摘要
In order to improve the detection performance and simplify the system structure, the on-board track inspection system based on Controller Area Network (CAN) bus is designed and developed, which uses all digital signal sensors and integrates the discrete sensors. The testing beam is installed under the vehicle, which is used as the installation platform of inertial measurement unit, laser camera unit and digital ground mark sensor ALD. Based on the inertial reference measurement technology, laser camera measurement technology and image processing technology, the digital signal is synchronously collected and transmitted through CAN bus network. According to the motion posture between the testing beam and the track, combined with digital filtering as well as error compensation and correction technology, the geometric parameters of track gauge, profile, alignment and crosslevel are obtained by establishing the mathematical model matching the system structure. Through laboratory calibration, third-party inspection and on-site real on-board test, the accuracy, repeatability and reproducibility of the on-board track inspection system based on CAN bus meet the corresponding requirements, and the loss of spare parts can be reduced by 46% compared with the existing on-board track inspection system. © 2020, Editorial Department of China Railway Science.
