This paper views the RFID as an operation strategy of the technology to consider the quality problem of the OAP supply chain, by constructing three models, analyzing their profits and demand's change and the reasons under different markets and different channels when using RFID operation strategy. It is shown that two factors which are substitution of products and upscale market's basic market share can influence the channel selection, and no matter two factors how to change, the dualchannel is always the best choice. © 2013 ICIC International.
