Self-sustained oscillations of Rayleigh and Van der Pol oscillators with intermediate feedback gains

摘要
The periodic motions of essentially nonlinear self-sustained systems described by the Rayleigh and Van der Pol equations are constructed and studied. The period and initial value of system velocity governing oscillators self-sustained oscillations for small and intermediate feedback gains are calculated on the basis of the Lyapunov-Poincare method with the help of the developed algorithm of rapid convergence. The trajectories and limited cycles are constructed with guaranteed relative and absolute accuracy.
