An integrated method of restoring a power supply system for the consumers of a power distribution network

摘要
An integrated method of restoring electric power supply to consumers is proposed. The method combines competing processes of searching a circuit configuration based on a graph processing algorithm and a neural network. It is shown that the neural network is capable of self-learning under control of a generalized error vector. The method and algorithm for determining the vector are presented.
