摘要
In view of the current domestic and foreign research on the theory and method of cloud manufacturing related service evaluation at present, the basic concepts and features of cloud manufacturing were explored, the cloud service evaluation index system was summed, and two evaluation systems of cloud service quality and reputation were discussed. At the same time, the evaluation method was comparatively analyzed. Aiming at the problems existed in the current service evaluation theory and method, views and suggestions were given from different angles, which laid a foundation for the further research of cloud service evaluation theory. © 2017, Editorial Department of CIMS.
