摘要
The analytical solution for the local weak supporting of round soft rock tunnel excavation was derived from the basis of elastic theory. The reasons why instability of roof and sides and the failure of floor heave influence each other were illustrated. Two cases may result in floor heave and roof instability in the soft rock tunnel: global weak supporting and local weak supporting, which provides theoretical support for rational forms of roadway supporting. Then a fully-enclosed steel shell anchor spraying supporting structure was designed, in which the influence of local weak supporting was basically eliminated. Supported by the industrial test on the restoration of broken roadway in Pansan Coal Mine of Huainan Mine Industry Company, the indoor simulation experiment was conducted, and pressure shear failure was found to be the main destruction feature for the net shell structure. Field monitoring has shown that the largest quantity of convergence and convergence rate of surrounding rock can both satisfy the requirements of design, which proves that shell bolting and shotcrete support has reasonable structure, convenient construction, and is able to withstand high stress and mining loads, etc. © 2017, Editorial Board of Journal of Mining & Safety Engineering.
