Kay Hardy, Senior Software Consultant at Capita Software and Deborah Garfen, Digital Product Designer at the British Heart Foundation, share their experience of working collaboratively with a variety of tools from Miro to Microsoft. Covid-19 has forced a monumental change in working. Before, around 5% of the UK’s 33m workforce worked from home, now it’s 47% .
