摘要
The large number of upstream and downstream suppliers of electric vehicle (EV) and the complex supply chain structure, coupled with the recurrence of pandemic and frequent geopolitical conflicts, have led to disruptions of the EV supply chain. This study intends to primarily understand the dynamic and complex process of EV supply chain establishment. Built on product life cycle management, industrial cluster, and supply chain adaption theories, this study systematically analysed the information collected through on-site and telephone interviews. The establishment of electric vehicle supply chain are summarised, and the critical factors are identified. In addition, the resilience model (i.e., the collaborative innovation structure, management and technology innovation, and information sharing) of EV supply chain is proposed to react to major threats to the stability of EV supply chain.
