摘要
Free piston Stirling generator is quite promising in the field of household and commercial combined heat and power (CHP) system due to its remarkable advantages of high efficiency, high reliability and environmental friendliness. In this paper, the performance of a CHP system by using a 5kW(e) class free piston Stirling generator was analyzed based on thermoacoustic theory, and then the matching characteristics of the free piston Stirling engine and linear alternator under the CHP operating mode were investigated in terms of acoustic impedance. Therefore, with the theoretical calculations, an experimental study was carried out. With helium as working fluid, at a charge pressure of 5MPa and a heating block temperature of 550℃, the CHP system achieved 27.5% heat-to-electricity efficiency and 80% CHP efficiency for hot water supply at 70℃. © 2018 Chin.
