摘要
The main goal of this paper is to present the analytical theory of two-loop self-organizing extrapolating controllers, which is the most recent innovation in the field of control technique. These controllers (systems, to be more exact) comprise several local controllers with purposeful (target-oriented) interaction of loops. In addition to their computational efficiency, these controllers survive abnormal and abrupt failures, accidents, and catastrophes. This is indicative of their structural stability (robustness). At the same time, this points to their high level of artificial intelligence, which is sufficient to prolong motion.
