摘要
The continuous development of energy internet has been facilitating the increase of the demand for using distributed energy storage. However, the cost of energy storage is still far from large widespread use. This paper introduced the concept of cloud energy storage (CES) and analyzed its operation mechanism and business model. The research framework of CES was then proposed from the dimensions of operation and planning, participators, and market. The scientific problems and key techniques in the research of CES were analyzed. The basic models for CES users and provider were proposed. A model predictive control method was proposed for the CES provider to cope with the uncertainty of consumers' charge and discharge demands. The case study based on real data justify the effectiveness of this model. © 2017 Chin. Soc. for Elec. Eng.
