摘要
Theoretical calculation was integrated with experimental verification to study the running performance of traveling crane air-conditioners, and the method of system simulation was applied to the developing process of products. The simulation models of the system and the components were established and the system equilibrium point was given by numerical calculation. The mathematical model was revised by comparing the simulating curves with test results. The changes of dynamic performance of prototypes affected by working conditions were analyzed with both simulation and test results. The conclusion is that the refrigeration capacity and the outlet temperature of compressor fluctuate obviously during the dynamic process. Some effective measures should be taken to reduce the outlet temperature of compressor, which can improve the whole performance.
