The new battle plans

The planning of different European Automotive groups to expand their production facilities in different countries of the world is discussed in the article. Both PSA Peugeot Citroen-partnered with Toyota at a new joint venture production facility at Kolin in the Czech Republic and Renault are seeking fresh assembly techniques in efforts to pare back overheads for the brave new world of manufacturing high quality vehicles at the lowest possible unit cost. Each has been promised to deliver all the benefits of contemporary packaging and compliance with western European lesgislative requirements.
