Several changes in German paper and board market on the price front during the second quarter are reported. Newsprint suppliers have reported erosion of Euro 550-570/tonne for the benchmark 45 g grade, whereas the price band for supercalendered (SC) paper has narrowed. Light weight coated (LWC) paper prices have eroded from Euro 750-790/tonne for 60 g offset grade. The report also discussed the prices in woodfree market, kraftliner and testliners markets.
