摘要
During the heating period in Northern China, Coupling combined heat and power generation with power dispatching is very common. Aiming at the problem of insufficient peak-adjusting capacity of power grid and difficulty of wind power absorption, a combined heat and power scheduling model is proposed in this paper under a new scene where the electric heat pump(EHP) and the gas-fired boiler(GB)are used to assist the power grid to absorb the wind power. The model is solved by Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO)algorithm. The simulation results indicate that the proposed scheduling model can effectively improve the utilization efficiency of wind power, reduce coal consumption of the coupling system operation, and facilitate low-carbon energy supply. © 2019, Editorial Board of Acta Energiae Solaris Sinica.
