摘要
Three 1/3 scaled coupled steel plate and concrete composite wall substructures with different steel plate details and ratios of steel plate to concealed column were tested to failure under horizontal cyclic loading and constant axial compression. The seismic performance of specimens was examined in terms of the lateral load-displacement curves, ductility, energy dissipating capacity, stiffness degradation, inter-story drift ratio and the deformation of the steel coupling beam. The test results indicate that the specimen where steel plate is bolted together has good seismic performance. Increasing the steel ratio of the steel plate to the concealed steel column can weaken the early performance but improve the post-yield performance due to the full load resistance provided by the steel plate. The finite element analysis model was then established using ABAQUS. The analysis results were in good agreement with the experimental results. © 2019, Editorial Office of Journal of Building Structures. All right reserved.
