摘要
The wide area synchronized measurement technology can realize a rapid sharing of whole grid dynamic parameters and thus provide a new opportunity to resolve the problem of single-phase earth fault online location. The time-domain characteristic equations of each feeder zero-sequence current at grounding fault time were given. Then the analysis shows that polarity of zero-sequence transient current in fault line is opposite to those in healthy feeders, which is the basis for fault section locating optimal matrix algorithm. A network description matrix depicted grid topology was constructed, and a fault feature matrix was proposed based on the transient pulse polarity of feeder switches. Finally the fault sections could be accurately identified by optimal judgment criterion. The superiority and feasibility of this algorithm was proved by ATP-EMTP simulation and the case analysis results. The implementation scheme of single-phase earth fault section location in coalmine high-voltage power network based on wide area synchronized measurement technology was discussed, including the structure of layered monitoring system and the realization of grounding fault online location. ©, 2015, China Coal Society.
