摘要
In this paper, a kind of logistics network design problems considering different decision-makers are discussed through the analysis of a decentralized logistics network. We focus on a problem of how to make decisions of logistics network design and its efficient and profitable operation. Firstly, we study the double decision-making strategy of a decentralized supply chain and uses the Stackelberg game theory to establish a logistics network design model considering dual decision-makers under the decentralized supply chain. Then, this network design model is transformed from a Stackelberg game problem into a nonlinear mixed integer programming models by bi-level programming. Afterward, two types of models are compared between this decentralized situation and the centralized situation with a single decisionmaker. We find that the supply and demand is optimized and the performance of the whole supply chain is increased. © 2018 Indian Pulp and Paper Technical Association. All rights reserved.
