Study on mould level and casting speed coordination control based on ADRC with DRNN optimization

摘要
There is a coupled relationship between mould level and casting speed according to mechanism analysis. In order to control molten steel, coordination control of mould level and casting speed is presented, which differs from single variable control. The paper depends upon a real object to get the mechanism model, and then simulates the coordination control system based on active disturbance rejection control (ADRC) with diagonal recurrent neural networks (DRNN) optimization. Simulations and curves on the spot show the veracity, feasibility and validity of this control model.
