摘要
Based on the split-type Sagnac interferometer the principles of static high-flux interferential imaging spectroscopy were introduced. The noise of new type interferential imaging spectroscopy system is analyzed. The theoretical expression of total noise associated with the flux of the system is given. An analysis method is proposed, which combines imaging spectrometer system noise, CCD image sensor noise and spectral image to extract noise. The evaluation of the signal to noise ratio is also treated, it provides a new theoretical guidance for the accurate calculation of signal to noise ratio of imaging spectrometer and the effective use of noise reduction method. © 2016, UK Simulation Society.
