摘要
Dealing with the vibration behavior in the 5th mill with the rolling seed over 650 m/min for T5 strip continuous cold rolling in one of the steel enterprises of China, starting with the measurement and analysis of the mill vibration, the vibration source and frequency are confirmed, and the measured results and the patterns of the vibration are verified by FEM. According to the conclusion that the vibration is caused by the lubricant state in the roll's gap, with optimizing the lubricating state of the mill, the vibration behavior is eliminated while rolling the T5 strip with the rolling speed to/over 900 m/min, the mill's bottle-neck problem for T5 strip rolling is overcome. © 2016 Journal of Mechanical Engineering.
