Broadcasters are planning to switch on to mobile TV as extra feature with color VGA displays greater than 2 inches in size. some baseline features mobile-TV provide are MPEG-4/H.246, audio ideally with surround sound, 16 to 32 Mbytes of memory, lithium-polymer battery, and it also support Bluetooth 1500 Kbits/s of wireless data. Nokia corp. put an early stake in this ground in November 2005 by announcing its N92 handset, geared for frequencies used in Europe for the digital video broadcast-handheld (DVB-H) standards. Consumers expectations for mobile-TV viewing are pretty much the same as in the living room.
