摘要
The paper studies the solution of the remote industrial data acquisition system based on VPN technology from perspective of system structure. The authors put forward the overall structure scheme of the remote industrial data acquisition system, and analyzed its characteristics, tasks and requirements, as well as the composition of the required software and hardware. On the basis of analyzing the Key Technology of VPN network, IPSec VPN is used to set up the remote area network, which is based on SINFOR M5X00-Q series products, and the secure channel is established for data acquisition system. With VPN network environment, the characteristic and feasibility of data acquisition system using OPC technology are analyzed, and the data acquisition is performed with an OPC client. © 2016, Shanghai Jiao Tong University Press.
