摘要：
The features of electronic ID card ticketing system developed by Tallinn, Estonia, are discussed. The main processes of the ID ticket system are the purchase of a ticket, payment for the ticket, inspection of the ticket and administration of the system. The system is fully online, user friendly and flexible and allows online statistics to be generated, turning the ticketing system into a flexible tool for planning transportation policy. The system upgrades the service for users, as different channels are available for purchasing a ticket.
