摘要
The parallel cyclones with identical geometries have been widely used to separate solids from flue gas in the sub-critical CFB boilers and sup-critical CFB boilers, however the gas-solid flow through the parallel cyclones may be non-uniform. This paper collecteds the ash temperature in the returning valve of the 600 MW (e) CFB boiler, and analyzed s the ash temperature distribution in six parallel returning valves. The ash temperature distribution could reflect the non-uniform gas-solid flow in parallel cyclones. The ash temperature difference through the cyclones in the same side is greater than those in different sides, indicating the severer non-uniform gas-solid flow. Due to the gas collecting box in the rear wall, the pressure outlets for cyclones in the same side are different, leading to the different pressure drops. For the same geometries the different pressure drops would lead to the non-uniform gas-solid flow in parallel cyclones. © 2016 Chin. Soc. for Elec. Eng.
