The National Association of Manufacturers reports that more than one in six private-sector jobs in the US depends on manufacturing. An industry report reveals that the manufacturing industry currently employs around 12.7 million people in the US and despite of declining economic conditions, manufacturing wages are continue to increase. He emphasizes to find ways to continuously improve manufacturing operations and continue to invest in manufacturing people.
