摘要
Aims at the traffic guidance and evacuation problems under large public places emergency, to achieve the maximum volume of traffic and shortest evacuation time. Then set up the Bi-level programming of traffic guidance and evacuation and build the OCMPSO based on sort selection to study the Bi-level programming. Finally, simulate the large-scale activity in a Spots Centre. The results show that the model proposed in this paper can evacuate the vehicles under large public places emergency efficiently and safely.
