摘要
Analytic hierarchy process was applied to establish three-layer indicator system to optimize method system of PCM undercooling inhibition. Hierarchical model was established to obtain the quantative weight and contribution rate of 7 evaluation indexes such as nucleating agent diameter and nucleating agent concentration. The results show that indicators ranking is almost the same under the low ambient temperature scenario and normal ambient temperature scenario. The total contribution rate of nucleating agent diameter, ultrasonic intensity and duration, stirring mode and duration achieves 83.35%. Thus nucleating agent, ultrasonic and stir should be priorly considered when PCM is designed for low ambient temperature. The total contribution rate of nucleating agent diameter, ultrasonic intensity and duration is above 80%. Therefore outfield factors such as nucleating agent or ultrasonic should be preferentially considered when PCM is designed for normal ambient temperature, and other measures can be taken if the economy and maneuverability is satisfied. © 2016, Central South University Press.
