摘要
This paper presents the results of an experimental investigation of the cyclical pseudo-static behaviour of a model of a walllintel assembly which is part of a coupled - wall system and that has been repaired with fibre-reinforced concrete. Two fibre-reinforced concrete models which were damaged during the initial cyclical loading were repaired with steel fibre-reinforced concrete and retested. The performance of the repaired models was compared with that of the original models and a reference model made from conventional concrete. The results indicate that the general performance of the repaired models is comparable with the original models, and also better than the reference model made from conventional concrete. In particular, the loss in strength and stiffness of the repaired models was comparable to that of the original models and the energy dissipated by the repaired models was 10% lower than that dissipated by the original models.
