摘要
Observing and measuring the three-dimensional surface of weld pool is key to develop penetration control system and study the coupling interaction between the arc and weld pool. A new method is proposed for observing the 3D surface of weld pool based on the laser-vision. In the measuring experiment of weld pool free surface, the variation of optical parameters has a great influence on the sensing quality. In order to study the influence of the variation of optical parameters, the standard model of weld pool, incident line equation, reflect line equation and imaging screen equation are built and the variation of reflect point is simulated by using the optical reflection law. The results show that the best optical parameters for θ, D and L are 28°~32°, 45~55 mm and 50~60 mm. The simulation results agree with the experimental ones. © 2017, Editorial Board of Transactions of the China Welding Institution, Magazine Agency Welding. All right reserved.
