On universal approximation properties of universal hierarchical RBFN networks and universal hierarchical fuzzy systems

摘要：
An important conclusion is proved that universal hierarchical RBFN networks and universal hierarchical fuzzy systems are also universal approximators, which provide solid theoretical foundations for their practical applications.
