It contains a corrugated strip that holds and separates the wafers of chocolates in the box, avoiding their possible breakage. According to the Association Sweets Global Network chocolate confection prices remain high, increasing 0.3% to 5.3 billion euros in the first half of 2009 and the sales volume decrease 2.2% to 818,104 tonnes. The consumers enjoy products to nibble at, cakes, and chocolates but sales of chocolate bars, notably those sold refrigerated, decrease.
