摘要
Based on the good auto-correlation and random property of chaotic phase coding signals, a method with chaotic phase coding signals is proposed to improve the performance of multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) radar for multiple targets detection. Chaotic waveforms can be generated by uniform quantifying and quadriphase coding for chaotic sequences from different initial values. Multiple pulse compression accumulation can reduce the cross-correlation and auto-correlation sidelobes of chaotic waveforms effectively, the output has a low peak sidelobe value and the performance of an MIMO radar for multiple targets detection is increased. Finally, simulation results show the effectiveness of this method.
