摘要
The principle of multiple slope integration is introduced. Based on analysis of driving schedule of Cypress IBIS5-A-1300 CMOS image sensor, multiple slope integration in synchronous shutter is implemented. In this design, complex programmable logic device (CPLD) is chosen as the hardware design platform; driving schedule generator is described with VHDL. The function simulation of the system is successfully fulfiled with Qutartus II software. The result of experiment indicates that multiple slope integration is a good method to extend the dynamic range of linear transfer image sensor.
