摘要：
After reviewing the core concepts of real options, the features and formation of real options in hi-tech projects were analyzed in combination with the characteristics of hi-tech strategic investment. It was stressed that the coordinative functions between independent projects and the interactive functions between serial projects must be paid attention when figuring out the strategic values of projects. An evaluation mode of hi-tech strategic investment projects was introduced, and the significance was pointed out as well.
