摘要
Stimulated by the internet thought of decentralization and disintermediation, an optimized model is constructed to study the distributed business of fresh e-commerce. In this model, consumers polymerize into food community with group purchase nature according to geographical location, products base distributes food at scale to the nearest pick-up location of food community, e-commerce platform crowd funds to food community and crowd sources to products base so as to manufacture from sale, consumers enhance their experience through online shopping store of food community. Both model derivation and case analysis indicate that the logistics operation cost and product loss of e-commerce will be decreased significantly while business scale and profitability improve obviously with the help of process reengineering in distributed business. Furthermore, process reengineering of distributed business provides an decision reference for e-commerce on fresh foods which are meeting with the problems to collect the fresh food in the first kilometre of countryside and to distribute the fresh food in the last kilometre of city. © 2016, Editorial Board of Journal of Systems Engineering Society of China.
