摘要
In order to study the seismic behavior of 1 100 kV composite external insulation bushing used in UHV substation, a prototype bushing was tested by seismic simulation shaking table. The dynamic characteristics of the specimens were obtained by input of white noise random wave, and the acceleration, strain and displacement response of the key parts in the 0.15g, 0.6g and 0.8g earthquake were obtained by the input of standard time history wave. Test results show that the 1st-order frequency of 1 100 kV composite external insulation bushing is 1.68 Hz, and the damping ratio is 4.20%. With the increase of the acceleration level, the nonlinear characteristic of the specimen grows obviously. Under the standard time history wave input of 0.8g design basic acceleration of ground motion, the strength of the composite parts meets the requirements of seismic design while the sealing ring at the connection point of the casing pipe connecting sleeve and the lower ceramic piece is extruded. The experimental results indicate that the connection part of the bushing is weak position in seismic performances. At the design stage, the structure strength of the connecting parts should be strengthened so as to improve the seismic performances of equipment. © 2017, High Voltage Engineering Editorial Department of CEPRI.
