Dynamic model and simulation of medical service pricing

For overcoming many drawbacks existing in the current pricing mode, this study seeks to explore the pricing elements and process of medical services, and establish the dynamic pricing model of government and hospitals co-decision. The process showed the logical relationships between medical prices and pricing elements. And the Causal Relationship model revealed how to accomplish the dynamic equilibrium between elements. The simulation model was built based on System Dynamics theory. Through the simulation and the sensitivity tests, results showed different grades of hospitals applying the pricing model may give full play to the respective roles and continuously improve core strengths. ©, 2015, Journal of Information and Computational Science.
