摘要
Graphene has become the most attractive carbonaceous reinforcement because of its unique structure and excellent properties. A review is provided here on the recent advances and strengthening mechanism of graphene-reinforced metal matrix composites, as well as the research progress about surface modification of graphene. The main issues of graphene-reinforced metal matrix composites are analyzed, and future research direction and development trends of these promising structural materials are proposed as well. © 2016, Materials Review Magazine.
