摘要
To cope with diversified passenger needs, Odakyu Electric Railway Co., Ltd. developed a number of service devices in designing rolling stock. One such system is the visible radio system PAPALA VISION. This system improves the information service for passengers by taking advantage of the rapidity of data, reduces maintenance work and substantially cuts the running cost of the system.
