A study was performed on IB market forecast for biomass ethanol. Federal government is trying to lower the cost of producing ethanol by fermentation of lignocellulosic biomass feedstocks. Ethanol could make its presence felt in the motor-fuels market as a feedstock for organic commodity chemicals.
