摘要
In order to meet the online monitoring demands whether the security and stability control system can perform sufficiently during the practical operation, the control structure and implementation logic of security and stability control devices are analyzed firstly. A model of hierarchical control strategy based on object-oriented and expression configuration is proposed. Then, a recognize method of controllable variables and a procedure of parsing duty strategy is proposed considering the on-off state of channels for security and stability control devices, retirement status of press plate and operation conditions of power grid. Furthermore, the influence of the dual-configuration stability control devices in different operation modes and outlet connection modes is analyzed. Duty strategy merging method and statistics method of executable state are put forward to realize the analytical identification, online monitoring and early warning of stability control duty strategy, which is beneficial to timely find the hidden operation danger of stability control system in actual operation. Finally, the case analysis of generator and load shedding in typical scenes verify the effectiveness of the proposed method. © 2019 Automation of Electric Power Systems Press.
