摘要
Multi-winding medium frequency transformer is the core equipment of DC/DC transformation in Zhangbei flexible substation. Due to lack of simulation models of multi-winding transformer suitable for large capacity DC/DC converters, it is difficult to accurately analyze the external behaviors of the converters at medium and high frequencies. In this paper, a wideband model of multi-winding medium frequency transformer is established and an experimental extraction method of parasitic capacitance parameters is proposed. The parasitic capacitance parameterscan be effectively extracted by measuring the resonant frequency of the multi-winding transformer with experiment. The model and parameter extraction method of a four-winding medium frequency transformer in Zhangbei flexible substation pilot project is simulated and verified. On this basis, the voltage and current transmission characteristics of the multi-winding medium frequency transformer are studied with simulation and experiment. Results show that the parasitic capacitance parameters of the transformer must be taken into consideration at high frequencies. © 2019, Power System Technology Press. All right reserved.
