摘要
In order to improve reliability and redundancy, the primary of linear induction motor (LIM) can be arranged in parallel with m units in the vertical direction, sharing one secondary. Even if one primary fails, the other m-1 units can complete the preset tasks. In this paper, the model and parameters of double primary coupled linear induction motor (m=2) were studied. The influence of special motor structures such as magnetic field coupling and secondary induced eddy current coupling on the electromagnetic parameters of the motor was analyzed, and the analytical expressions of various electromagnetic parameters, especially the coupling parameters, were derived. On this basis, the port voltage, electromagnetic thrust and other performances under different working conditions were analyzed, which were calculated and verified by experiments. The results of calculation and measurement show that the error of port voltage calculation and measurement is 11% and the error of thrust calculation and measurement is 9%, which verifies the correctness of the parameters calculation method for this type of special structure motor. © 2019 Chin.
