Research on polyacrylate/TiO2-SiO2 hybrid material prepared by pure acrylic microlatex

摘要
Nanocomposite latexes of polyacrylate/TiO2-SiO2 were prepared by directly blending the nanometer pure acrylic microlatex with TiO2-SiO2 sol which was prepared by sol-gel method. The chemical structure, thermal and optical properties of the hybrid material were characterized by FT-IR, TGA and UV-Vis spectrometer. The results show that the hybrid material has excellent thermal stability and shielding effect for UV radiation.
