Forbidden transitions in the helium atom

摘要：
The rates of relativistically forbidden transitions in helium atom were derived. Equivalence of length and velocity gages including relativistic correction were described. High-precision variational wave functions were used for numerical calculations of matrix elements. The relativistic corrections in length gage were found to enter only through corrections to wave function given by Breit Hamiltonian.
